WINA ENGINEERING reviews requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny permission for any reason and even without giving a motivation.

Terms and Conditions for Reprinting WINA ENGINEERING Sarl Materials

Agreement. Permission to reprint WINA ENGINEERING materials shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. HWA reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without advance notice. (Note that use of WINA ENGINEERING's web properties, including www.winaengineering.eu, is also subject to the following user agreement.)

Permission. All content appearing on WINA ENGINEERING web properties, including, but not limited to, articles, reports, blog entries, press releases, images and photos, is the property of WINA ENGINEERING, unless otherwise stated. Individuals may print a single copy of WINA ENGINEERING materials for personal use, which may be shared with friends and family, without written permission. However, additional copies of WINA ENGINEERING materials may not be reprinted or made available for distribution without prior written permission.

Permission Requests. To obtain reprint permission from WINA ENGINEERING, complete a request form, available at reprint-permissions-request-form.pdf, and email a signed copy to info [at] winaengineering.eu or return it by regular mail to the WINA ENGINEERING Swiss Headquarters address on the bottom of the form. WINA ENGINEERING reviews submitted requests on a case-by-case basis. WINA ENGINEERING reserves the right to deny permission for any reason and even without giving a motivation. Approved permissions to reprint WINA ENGINEERING materials will be issued in writing. You do not have permission to reprint WINA ENGINEERING materials until you receive written confirmation from WINA ENGINEERING.

Credits. Approved reprints of WINA ENGINEERING materials must carry the following credit: Reproduced with the permission of the WINA ENGINEERING Sarl, www.winaengineering.eu.

Appearance of Endorsements. You may not reprint, or create a link to, WINA ENGINEERING materials in a way that might be misinterpreted as a WINA ENGINEERING endorsement of any entity, product or service.

Abridged Works. WINA ENGINEERING's materials shall be printed in their entirety. If WINA ENGINEERING's materials must be abridged due to space restrictions, WINA ENGINEERING must review the abridged version, which must be submitted with the initial permission request.

Direct Links. Advance permission to post, share or distribute direct links to content appearing on WINA ENGINEERING's web properties, including www.winaengineering.eu, is not required. However, WINA ENGINEERING reserves the right to revoke permission for such links at any time.

Fee-Shifting, Choice of Law. Any claim or dispute relating to, or arising out of, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Confederation of Switzerland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. If any provision or portion of these terms and conditions is held in whole or in part to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of that provision and of the entire Permission Agreement will be severable and will remain in effect, to the fullest degree consistent with the intent of this document.
